Hi - Blake here - I am a director and producer based in New York City and the founder of Diagonal Media, a production company creating commercial, branded, documentary, and live content across industries.

My career began in big-budget television, working in production offices and as a coordinator on series including 30 Rock, Ugly Betty, and White Collar, where I developed a deep foundation in logistics, execution, and large-scale production.

As a filmmaker, I am drawn to character-driven stories rooted in humor, humanity, and emotional truth—especially narratives that place LGBTQ+ lives at the center, not the margins. My work includes collaborations with organizations like GLSEN, the Human Rights Campaign, and POINT Foundation, as well as EPing a self-funded documentary on criminalized queerness in Africa, Breaking the 4th Wall.

I am currently developing narrative film and television projects with LGBTQ+ protagonists, focused on bold, entertaining storytelling that expands representation while staying grounded in real human experience.
